Data Deletion

If you connected an Instagram, TikTok or YouTube account to MediaMaxxing, you can stop our access and have the data we received from it deleted at any time.

1. Revoke access

  • Instagram: open Settings, then Apps and websites, and remove MediaMaxxing.
  • TikTok: open Settings, then Security, then Manage app permissions, and remove MediaMaxxing.
  • YouTube: open your Google account's Third-party connections page and remove MediaMaxxing.

From that moment we can no longer read from or post to the account.

2. Ask us to delete the data

Email support@mediamaxxing.com from the address on your MediaMaxxing account with the subject "Delete my connected account data" and the username of the account you connected. We delete the access tokens, the account details, the post and video statistics, and any comments and direct messages we stored from that account within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done.

Earnings and payout records tied to your MediaMaxxing account may be kept longer where tax or financial reporting rules require it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
