Our mission is to connect brands with top-tier creators through structured, conversion-focused UGC campaigns, paid only when results are delivered. Our model combines the scale of a marketplace with the accountability of performance marketing, giving brands a repeatable way to acquire customers and creators a reliable way to monetize.
We're building systems that fuel hundreds of campaigns across emerging brands, and we're looking for a sharp, driven B2B Account Executive who can build relationships with CMOs, growth marketers, and founders - and close $3K-$50K+/mo packages with confidence and clarity.
What You'll Own
- •Discovery & Consultative Selling: Run strategy calls with high-intent inbound leads and warm outbound prospects
- •Deal Structuring: Propose performance-focused UGC campaigns that align with each brand's media strategy
- •Relationship Building: Earn trust with founders, CMOs, and brand managers by showing clear ROI potential
- •Closing & Forecasting: Manage the entire sales cycle from first call to signed agreement
- •Pipeline Reporting: Maintain an active deal pipeline and report KPIs to leadership weekly
What You Bring
- •2+ years in B2B sales, ideally selling to DTC brands, SaaS, or marketing teams
- •You've sold paid media, UGC, influencer marketing, or similar growth services
- •You understand how creators, ad creatives, and performance funnels work
- •Strong closer - you ask hard questions, reframe objections, and drive urgency
- •Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with high autonomy
- •Fluent in sales tools: CRM (Close.io or HubSpot), Slack, GSheets, Notion
Compensation
- •$120K-$180K OTE ($75,000 Base + Uncapped Commission)
- •Commission is tiered by deal size and retention
- •No lead generation needed - warm inbound flow, referrals, and strategic outbound handled internally
