Our model combines the scale of a marketplace with the accountability of performance marketing, giving brands a repeatable way to acquire customers and creators a reliable way to monetize.
We're building systems that fuel hundreds of campaigns across emerging brands, and we're looking for a sharp, driven Sales Development Representative to fuel our next phase of expansion.
What You'll Be Doing
- •Prospecting: Source and qualify ideal DTC/SaaS brands via cold email, LinkedIn, and referrals
- •Outreach: Send sharp, tailored messages to brand owners, CMOs, and paid media buyers
- •Qualification: Run discovery calls or pre-call questionnaires to qualify leads for our Account Executives
- •Collaboration: Work closely with AEs to refine angles, personalize outreach, and ensure smooth handoffs
- •Tracking: Keep CRM clean and organized - track KPIs, outreach volume, call bookings, and conversion rates
Who You Are
- •1-2 years of experience in SDR, lead gen, or sales - or zero experience with elite hustle
- •Extremely sharp written communicator - you know how to write a cold email that gets opened
- •Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and async workflows
- •You understand the world of creators, shortform content, or paid media - or are eager to learn fast
- •Bonus: Experience in a creative agency, performance marketing team, or UGC/influencer space
Compensation & Growth Path
- •$50,000 Base Salary
- •$90,000 OTE (Uncapped commission on booked & closed deals)
- •Clear promotion path to Account Executive within 6-12 months
