MediaMaxxing is a fast-growing SaaS at the intersection of creator-led content and B2B brand partnerships. Our mission is to connect brands with top-tier creators through structured, conversion-focused UGC campaigns, paid only when results are delivered. Our model combines the scale of a marketplace with the accountability of performance marketing, giving brands a repeatable way to acquire customers and creators a reliable way to monetize.
We're building systems that fuel hundreds of campaigns across emerging brands, and we're looking for a sharp, driven Operations Associate to take ownership of the back end, streamline execution, and support our next phase of scale.
What You'll Own
- •Campaign Management: Coordinate and oversee UGC campaigns from onboarding to payout. Own backend systems that track creator output, brand requests, and delivery timelines.
- •Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, automate workflows (Zapier, Airtable, GHL, Notion), and build scalable SOPs.
- •Cross-Team Collaboration: Liaise with creators, brand partners, and leadership to ensure smooth communication and execution.
- •Creator Success Ops: Maintain CRM hygiene, monitor deliverable status, and ensure payout accuracy across multiple revenue-sharing structures.
- •Performance Reporting: Track KPIs, flag underperformance, and compile campaign insights to improve results.
Who You Are
- •1-3 years experience in startup ops, growth, RevOps, or creator/influencer workflows
- •Extremely organized - you live in Airtable, Notion, or ClickUp
- •Tech-fluent - you've worked with Zapier, Google Sheets, Slack bots, etc.
- •Comfortable working async, fast-paced, and owning multiple deadlines at once
- •Strong communicator - able to translate chaos into structure
- •Bonus: Prior experience in the UGC or creator economy is a major plus
