About MediaMaxxing
MediaMaxxing is the infrastructure behind creator-led growth. We run high-volume UGC campaigns that drive measurable performance for digital brands across SaaS, DTC, and many more verticals. Our operations span hundreds of creators, dozens of concurrent campaigns, and seven-figure annual throughput — all running through a lean backend system of automations, attribution logic, and operational tools.
The next stage requires technical leadership to harden systems, define architecture, and scale the backend to handle more volume, more precision, and less manual intervention.
The Role
You are stepping in to take full ownership of MediaMaxxing’s technical infrastructure — systems that directly support revenue, delivery, and scale. You’ll audit the current stack, define the future one, and lead the execution to get us there.
You’ll work alongside founders and operators who move quickly and think in leverage. The expectation is simple: ship clean, scalable systems that make us faster, smarter, and harder to compete with.
What You'll Be Responsible For
•Define and own the technical roadmap across internal systems, attribution pipelines, creator tooling, and client-facing reporting
•Refactor and replace existing Airtable/Zapier/GHL automations with durable services and real infrastructure
•Build attribution logic to connect creator activity, platform data, and campaign performance at scale
•Design internal APIs, dashboards, and tools used by ops, campaign managers, and clients
•Lead code quality, deployment strategy, system monitoring, and technical documentation
•Hire and manage additional engineers as needed (contract or full-time)
•Make architecture decisions that let us move faster without creating long-term fragility
•Align closely with the executive team on tradeoffs, priorities, and velocity

What We’re Looking For
•3-5 Years of Engineering Experience (Required)
•7+ years of engineering experience, including time in a technical leadership or system architecture role (preferred)
•Deep backend experience with a focus on business-critical infrastructure and automation
•Strong in Python, comfortable across cloud platforms, and capable of building stable APIs and internal tools from scratch
•Experience building systems that supported real operational throughput: attribution, fulfillment, payout tracking, CRM syncing, or campaign delivery
•Clear thinking, fast execution, and strong technical judgment
•Bonus: experience in performance marketing, creator tech, or operations infrastructure
Compensation
•$400,000 base salary + equity
