Director of Brand Strategy & Revenue

Category: Marketing

The Role

MediaMaxxing is a fast-growing SaaS at the intersection of creator-led content and B2B brand partnerships. Our mission is to connect brands with top-tier creators through structured, conversion-focused UGC campaigns, paid only when results are delivered. Our model combines the scale of a marketplace with the accountability of performance marketing, giving brands a repeatable way to acquire customers and creators a reliable way to monetize.

Every campaign runs through proprietary systems that manage attribution, creative delivery, and campaign logic, built to support high-volume execution with minimal operational overhead.

We’re building systems that fuel hundreds of campaigns across emerging brands, and we’re looking for a sharp, driven Director of Brand Strategy & Revenue to own our revenue engine.

Own the revenue strategy end-to-end: pricing, packaging, positioning, renewals, and expansion
Lead and manage the Account Executive and SDR function with a focus on repeatable success
Evolve our GTM approach across DTC, SaaS, and other target brands
Turn brand feedback into updated offers, brief formats, and positioning language
Collaborate with product, ops, and engineering to ensure delivery matches promise
Build and report on revenue metrics: CAC, LTV, close rate, margin, average deal size
Shape how MediaMaxxing is perceived in-market: from a campaign vendor to a core growth partner

Requirements

4–8 years experience in GTM, brand partnerships, sales leadership, or B2B revenue strategy
Proven experience owning and growing a pipeline of $1M+ in annual deal flow
Strong strategic thinker with sharp commercial intuition — you know how to turn feedback into positioning, and performance into case studies
Experience selling to founders, CMOs, or performance leads
Highly structured communicator with ability to run discovery, close deals, and influence product
Bonus: familiarity with UGC, creator platforms, paid social, or leadgen ecosystems

Compensation

$150,000 base salary
Meaningful equity package
Direct reporting line to CEO
High-ownership role in a profitable, fast-scaling startup
Remote, async-friendly team with zero red tape
