About the Role

We’re hiring on-camera creators to produce short-form video content (15–60 sec) for fast-growing consumer brands across tech, lifestyle, gaming, and finance.

This is a performance-based role — you’ll be paid per video based on its viewership and engagement, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $3,000–$8,000/month. No need to post to your own account — just film, submit, and earn.

You’ll work directly with our content team to develop high-performing videos that feel native to TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.


What You’ll Do

Film short videos from your phone based on a creative brief
Follow proven hooks, scripts, and angles — no editing required
Submit on a flexible weekly schedule
Earn based on views (CPM) with no cap on potential

What We’re Looking For

Comfortable speaking directly to camera
Understands TikTok/IG Reels/Shorts pacing & tone
Strong communicator, reliable with turnaround
Bonus: Prior UGC, creator, or on-camera experience
